In 1991,Michael Piffer was the founder and chairman of REALITÄTEN PIFFER IMMOBILIARE company active in real estate brokerage in the Alpine area of Italy, Austria and Germany up to the famous, for the real estate market, year 2008.
In 2008 he moved his business to Switzerland and from
2010 Michael was under contract in quality of real estate advisor with LCP (www.luxembourgcapital.lu) “Luxembourg Capital Property” (Luxembourg Capital S.A., 3A, rue Guillame Kroll, L- 1882 Luxembourg – Gran-Duchy of Luxembourg) true sub holding IKON PROPERTY S.àr.L con sede in 8, rue du Fort Rheinsheim, L-2419 Luxembourg.
In 2017 he returned to Italy and founded the “INTERMEDIARE” company specialized in the intermediation of luxury properties in a prestigious position around Lake Garda, Venice, Tuscany and the French Riviera.
With an more than 20 years experience in Real Estate Advisoring Michael is actively involved in the strategic direction of the Company as well as deal sourcing and investor relations. Hi has years of real estate experience and has raised an aggregate of €1.0 billion of equity capital for real estate investment.

Michael is registered in the Chamber of Commerce of Verona in the register of real estate Agents and is a member of the Italian Federation of professional real estate agents FIAIP.

Our offers are exclusively for the recipient. Passing on to third parties or persons will cause damage liability for loss of provision. On closing a sales contract the buyer has to pay the agency fee of 4,0% excl. VAT (22%) from the buying price to the broker, in case of rentals the fee is 2.38 months rent incl.
